About this site
Groove Health helps people build stronger bones and better movement through evidence-based exercise programs that fit into everyday life. We exist because what happens between clinical visits matters just as much as the visits themselves.
Every article is grounded in peer-reviewed research and designed to give you practical guidance you can actually use — not vague advice, not scare tactics, just clear steps toward feeling more confident in your body.
Specific authors and reviewers are noted on each article.
